Article 1

Paragraph 3 of Article 1 of the Commission Decision of 19 December 1969 on adaptation of the methods of administrative co-operation introduced for the purpose of applying Article 9 (2) of the EEC Treaty to the new rules applicable in the field of Community transit shall be amended as follows:

by addition, after the last indent, of the following:

"- second subparagraph of Article 1 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 727/70 of 21 April 1970 on the common organisation of the market in raw tobacco;

• Article 1 (2) of Council Regulation (EEC) No 816/70 of 28 April 1970 laying down additional provisions for the common organisation of the market in wine.

"

Article 2

This Decision shall be applied by Member States from 1 January 1971.

Article 3

This Decision is addressed to the Member States.
