Article 1

The following indent is added to Article 1 (1) (c) of the Commission Decision of 3 April 1968: "- the export levies referred to in the first indent of Article 2 (1) of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2737/73 of 8 October 1973 laying down general rules to be applied in the event of the rice market being disturbed".

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on 8 November 1973. It shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
