COMMISSION DECISION of 23 March 1983 granting financial assistance within the framework of the special energy development programme (Only the German text is authentic) (83/122/EEC) THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 625/83 of 15 March 1983 establishing specific measures of Community interest relating to energy strategy (1), and in particular Article 4 thereof, Whereas the Federal Republic of Germany, in accordance with Article 2 of the said Regulation, has submitted requests for financial assistance; Whereas the conditions set out in the aforesaid Regulation for granting financial assistance are met; Whereas the present Decision is in accordance with the opinion of the Committee set up under Article 7 of the said Regulation, HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:
