L 188 af 13/07/1983 s. 0017 - 0017 ++++ KOMMISSIONENS BESLUTNING af 1 . juli 1983 om fastsaettelse af maksimumsbeloebene for omkostningerne ved levering af skummetmaelkspulver som foedevarehjaelp inden for rammen af licitationsproceduren i henhold til forordning ( EOEF ) nr . 1531/83 ( 83/343/EOEF ) KOMMISSIONEN FOR DE EUROPAEISKE FAELLESSKABER HAR - under henvisning til traktaten om oprettelse af Det europaeiske oekonomiske Faellesskab , under henvisning til Raadets forordning ( EOEF ) nr . 804/68 af 27 . juni 1968 om den faelles markedsordning for maelk og mejeriprodukter ( 1 ) , senest aendret ved forordning ( EOEF ) nr . 1600/83 ( 2 ) , saerlig artikel 7 , stk . 5 , og ud fra foelgende betragtninger : Ifoelge Kommissionens forordning ( EOEF ) nr . 1531/83 af 9 . juni 1983 om udbydelse i licitation af levering af forskellige partier skummetmaelkspulver som foedevarehjaelp ( 3 ) , har medlemsstaternes interventionsorganer udbudt i licitation omkostningerne ved levering af 5 361 tons skummetmaelkspulver , bestemt for visse tredjelande og modtagerorganisationer ; i overensstemmelse med artikel 14 , stk . 2 , i Kommissionens forordning ( EOEF ) nr . 303/77 af 14 . februar 1977 om almindelige gennemfoerelsesbestemmelser for levering af skummetmaelkspulver og butteroil som foedevarehjaelp ( 4 ) , senest aendret ved forordning ( EOEF ) nr . 3474/80 ( 5 ) , har buddene , for saa vidt angaar parti I , kunnet omfatte en delmaengde paa 500 tons eller et multiplum af 500 tons af hele det paagaeldende parti ; artikel 16 i ovennaenvte forordning angiver , at der paa grundlag af de modtagne bud fastsaettes et maksimumsbeloeb for hvert parti udbudt i licitation , eller det besluttes , at licitationen skal vaere uden virkning ; paa grundlag af de modtagne bud kan maksimumsbeloebet fastsaettes som nedenfor naevnt ; de i denne beslutning fastsatte foranstaltninger er i overensstemmelse med udtalelse fra Forvaltningskomiteen for Maelk og Mejeriprodukter - VEDTAGET FOELGENDE BESLUTNING : Artikel 1 De maksimumsbeloeb , der skal benyttes ved tilslag ved licitation i henhold til forordning ( EOEF ) nr . 1531/83 fastsaettes som foelger :

• Parti F : 147 309 ECU ( Irl ) ,

• Parti K : 148 782 ECU ( Irl ) ,

• Parti M : 766 003 ECU ( Irl ) . For saa vidt angaar partierne N og O skal licitationen vaere uden virkning . Artikel 2 Denne beslutning er rettet til medlemsstaterne .
