L 244 af 02/09/1983 s. 0031 - 0032 ++++ KOMMISSIONENS BESLUTNING af 2 . august 1983 om fastsaettelse af maksimumsbeloebene for levering af butteroil som foedevarehjaelp inden for rammen af licitationsproceduren i henhold til forordning ( EOEF ) nr . 1894/83 ( 83/429/EOEF ) KOMMISSIONEN FOR DE EUROPAEISKE FAELLESSKABER HAR - under henvisning til traktaten om oprettelse af Det europaeiske oekonomiske Faellesskab , under henvisning til Raadets forordning ( EOEF ) nr . 804/68 af 27 . juni 1968 om den faelles markedsordning for maelk og mejeriprodukter ( 1 ) , senest aendret ved forordning ( EOEF ) nr . 1600/83 ( 2 ) , saerlig artikel 6 , stk . 7 , og ud fra foelgende betragtninger : Ifoelge Kommissionens forordning ( EOEF ) nr . 1894/83 af 8 . juli 1983 om levering af forskellige partier butteroil som foedevarehjaelp ( 3 ) , har medlemsstaternes interventionsorganer udbudt i licitation fremstillingen og leveringen af 5 742 t butteroil , bestemt for visse tredjelande og modtagerorganisationer ; i overensstemmelse med artikel 14 , stk . 2 , i Kommissionens forordning ( EOEF ) nr . 303/77 af 14 . februar 1977 om almindelige gennemfoerelsesbestemmelser for levering af skummetmaelkspulver og butteroil som foedevarehjaelp ( 4 ) , senest aendret ved forordning ( EOEF ) nr . 3474/80 ( 5 ) , har budene , for saa vidt angaar partiet L , kunnet omfatte en delmaengde paa 500 t eller et multiplum af 500 t af hele det paagaeldende parti ; artikel 16 i ovennaevnte forordning angiver , at der paa grundlag de modtagne bud fastsaettes et maksimumsbeloeb for hvert parti udbudt i licitation , eller det besluttes , at licitationen skal vaere uden virkning ; paa grundlag af de modtagne bud kan maksimumsbeloebet fastsaettes som nedenfor naevnt ; de i denne beslutning fastsatte foranstaltninger er i overensstemmelse med udtalelse fra Forvaltningskomiteen for Maelk og Mejeriprodukter - VEDTAGET FOELGENDE BESLUTNING : Artikel 1 De maksimumsbeloeb , der skal benyttes ved tilslag ved licitation i henhold til forordning ( EOEF ) nr . 1894/83 fastsaettes som foelger :
