DÉCIDÉCISION DU CONSEIL du 26 novembre 1985 concernant la conclusion d'un accord de concertation Communauté-COST relatif à une action concertée dans le domaine de l'intelligence artificielle et de la reconnaissance des formes (Action COST 13) (85/519/CEE) LELE CONSEIL DES COMMUNAUTÉS EUROPÉENNES, vu le traité instituant la Communauté économique européenne, vu le projet de décision soumis par la Commission, considérant que, par sa décision 79/783/CEE (1), modifiée en dernier lieu par la décision 84/559/CEE (2), le Conseil a arrêté un programme pluriannuel dans le domaine de l'informatique, incluant un projet d'action concertée dans le domaine de l'intelligence artificielle et de la reconnaissance des formes; considérant que l'article 5 paragraphe 1 de la décision 79/783/CEE autorise la Communauté à conclure des accords avec des États non membres participant à la coopération européenne dans le domaine de la recherche scientifique et technique (COST) en vue d'assurer une concertation entre l'action de la Communauté concernant la collaboration en matière de recherche et de développement et les programmes correspondants de ces États; considérant que l'article 5 paragraphe 2 de ladite décision autorise la Commission à négocier les accords; considérant qu'en application dudit article, la Commission a négocié un accord avec l'Autriche, la Finlande, la Norvège, la Suède, la Suisse et la Yougoslavie; considérant qu'il convient d'approuver l'accord, DÉCIDE: Article premier L'accord de concertation Communauté-COST entre la Communauté économique européenne et l'Autriche, la Finlande, la Norvège, la Suède, la Suisse et la Yougoslavie relatif à une action concertée dans le domaine de l'intelligence artificielle et de la reconnaissance des formes (action COST 13) est approuvé au nom de la Communauté.
