COMMISSION DECISION of 12 April 1988 on the appointment of members to the Scientific and Technical Committee for Fisheries (88/265/EEC) THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 170/83 of 25 January 1983 establishing a Community system for the conservation and management of fishery resources (1), and in particular Article 12 thereof, Having regard to Commission Decision 79/572/EEC of 8 June 1979 relating to the institution of a Scientific and Technical Committee for Fisheries (2), and in particular Articles 4 and 6 (1) thereof, Whereas the appointment of members of the said Committee expired on 17 February 1988 and it is necessary either to nominate new members or to renew the mandates of existing members, HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS: Sole Article The composition of the Committee, which shall consist for the time being of 27 members whose term of office shall expire two years after the date of their nomination, is as follows: 1.2 // Mr D.
