Council Decision (CFSP) 2017/2234 of 4 December 2017 amending Decision (CFSP) 2016/2382 establishing a European Security and Defence College (ESDC) THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION, Having regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Articles 28(1), 42(4) and 43(2) thereof, Having regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Whereas: (1) On 21 December 2016, the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2016/2382 Council Decision (CFSP) 2016/2382 of 21 December 2016 establishing a European Security and Defence College (ESDC) and repealing Decision 2013/189/CFSP (OJ L 352, 23.12.2016, p. 60). . (2) A new financial reference amount for the period from 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2018 should be established. (3) Decision (CFSP) 2016/2382 should therefore be amended accordingly, HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:

Amendment to Decision (CFSP) 2016/2382 In Article 16 of Decision (CFSP) 2016/2382, paragraph 2 is replaced by the following: 2.
