Article 1

The Protocol amending the Euro-Mediterranean Aviation Agreement between the European Union and its Member States, of the one part, and the government of the State of Israel, of the other part, to take account of the accession to the European Union of the Republic of Croatia The text of the Protocol was published in OJ L 64 of 7 March 2015, together with the decision on its signing. is hereby approved on behalf of the Union and its Member States.

Article 2

The President of the Council is hereby authorised to designate the person(s) empowered to deposit, on behalf of the Union and its Member States, the instrument of approval provided for in Article 3 of the Protocol.

Article 3
