Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/182 of 12 February 2021 setting out the breakdown by Member State of REACT-EU resources for the year 2021 (notified under document C(2021) 843) THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION, Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, Having regard to Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 laying down common provisions on the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund, the Cohesion Fund, the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund and laying down general provisions on the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund, the Cohesion Fund and the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 1083/2006 OJ L 347, 20.12.2013, p. 320. , and in particular Article 92b(4) thereof, Whereas: (1) In order to set an appropriate financial framework for REACT-EU resources, it is necessary to set out their breakdown as appropriations from the Structural Funds for 2021 for each Member State. (2) Annex VIIa to Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 sets out the criteria and methodology for the allocation of the REACT-EU resources. (3) Before the application of the allocation method concerning the REACT-EU resources for the year 2021, an amount of EUR 100000000 and EUR 50000000 should be allocated respectively to Luxembourg and Malta, as well as a dedicated additional amount to the outermost regions, as referred to in paragraph 3 of Annex VIIa to Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013. (4) For reasons of programming by the Member States, the specific breakdown should be given in 2018 prices to set out the resources effectively available after deducting the amount for technical assistance at the initiative of the Commission and the support to administrative expenditure. For reasons of transparency, breakdowns should be expressed also in current prices, HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:

The breakdown by Member State of REACT-EU resources for the year 2021 is set out in the Annex.
