Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/1803 of 8 October 2021 setting out the provisional amounts allocated to each Member State from the resources of the Brexit Adjustment Reserve and the minimum amount of support to local and regional coastal communities (notified under document C(2021) 7330) THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION, Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, Having regard to Regulation (EU) 2021/1755 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 6 October 2021 establishing the Brexit Adjustment Reserve OJ L 357, 8.10.2021, p. 1. , and in particular Article 4(5) thereof, Whereas: (1) In order to set out the financial framework for the Brexit Adjustment Reserve it is necessary to set out the provisional amounts allocated to each Member State from the resources of the Reserve in accordance with the methodology laid down in Annex I to Regulation (EU) 2021/1755, as well as the minimum amount of resources to be spent in accordance with Article 4(4) of that Regulation. (2) For reasons of programming, global provisional amounts allocated to each Member State should be given in current prices, HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:

Article 1

The provisional amounts allocated to each Member State from the resources of the Brexit Adjustment Reserve and the minimum amount of support to be spent in accordance with Article 4(4) of Regulation (EU) 2021/1755 are set out in the Annex to this Decision.
