Council Decision (CFSP) 2022/1019 of 27 June 2022 amending Decision 2010/413/CFSP concerning restrictive measures against Iran THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION, Having regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof, Having regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Whereas: (1) On 26 July 2010, the Council adopted Decision 2010/413/CFSP Council Decision 2010/413/CFSP of 26 July 2010 concerning restrictive measures against Iran and repealing Common Position 2007/140/CFSP (OJ L 195, 27.7.2010, p. 39). , concerning restrictive measures against Iran. (2) In accordance with Article 26(3) of Decision 2010/413/CFSP, the Council has reviewed the list of designated persons and entities set out in Annex II to that Decision. (3) On the basis of that review, the restrictive measures against all persons and entities in the list set out in Annex II to Decision 2010/413/CFSP should be maintained, insofar as their names are not mentioned in Annex VI to that Decision, and 17 entries included in Annex II should be updated. (4) Decision 2010/413/CFSP should therefore be amended accordingly, HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:

Article 1

Annex II to Decision 2010/413/CFSP is amended as set out in the Annex to this Decision.

Article 2
