Council Decision (EU) 2023/2641 of 20 November 2023 appointing three members of the Court of Auditors THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION, Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, and in particular Article 286(2) thereof, Having regard to the proposals by the Kingdom of Denmark, the Kingdom of Spain and Ireland, Having regard to the opinions of the European Parliament Opinions of 12 October 2023 (not yet published in the Official Journal). , Whereas: (1) The terms of office of Ms Bettina Michelle JAKOBSEN, Mr Tony MURPHY and Mr Baudilio TOMÉ MUGURUZA are due to expire on 29 February 2024. (2) Three members should therefore be appointed to the Court of Auditors, HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:

Article 1

The following are hereby appointed members of the Court of Auditors for the period from 1 March 2024 to 28 February 2030: Mr Alejandro BLANCO FERNÁNDEZ, Ms Bettina Michelle JAKOBSEN, Mr Tony MURPHY.

Article 2
