Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024/1294 of 1 March 2024 correcting certain language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/2867 supplementing Regulation (EU) 2019/631 of the European Parliament and of the Council by setting out the guiding principles and criteria for defining the procedures for the verification of the CO2 emissions and fuel consumption values of passenger cars and light commercial vehicles in-service (in-service verification) (Text with EEA relevance) THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION, Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, Having regard to Regulation (EU) 2019/631 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2019 setting CO2 emission performance standards for new passenger cars and for new light commercial vehicles, and repealing Regulations (EC) No 443/2009 and (EU) No 510/2011 OJ L 111, 25.4.2019, p. 13, ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/reg/2019/631/oj , and in particular Article 13(4), second subparagraph, thereof, Whereas: (1) The Dutch and German language versions of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/2867 Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/2867 of 5 October 2023 supplementing Regulation (EU) 2019/631 of the European Parliament and of the Council by setting out the guiding principles and criteria for defining the procedures for the verification of the CO2 emissions and fuel consumption values of passenger cars and light commercial vehicles in-service (in-service verification) (OJ L, 2023/2867, 18.12.2023, ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/reg_del/2023/2867/oj). contain an error in Article 1(2), point (b), as regards the circumstances under which that regulation would not apply to certain manufacturers. The error affects the substance of the act. (2) The Dutch and German language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/2867 should therefore be corrected accordingly. The other language versions are not affected, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
