Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/2887 of 15 November 2024 specifying the technical items of the data set for the 2026 ad hoc subject on Digital Platform Employment in the labour force domain in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/1700 of the European Parliament and of the Council (Text with EEA relevance) THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION, Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, Having regard to Regulation (EU) 2019/1700 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 10 October 2019 establishing a common framework for European statistics relating to persons and households, based on data at individual level collected from samples, amending Regulations (EC) No 808/2004, (EC) No 452/2008 and (EC) No 1338/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and repealing Regulation (EC) No 1177/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Council Regulation (EC) No 577/98 OJ L 261I, 14.10.2019, p. 1. , and in particular Article 7(1) thereof, Whereas: (1) To ensure the accurate implementation of the sample survey in the labour force domain, it is necessary to specify the technical items of the data set for the 2026 ad hoc subject on Digital Platform Employment. (2) The measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the European Statistical System Committee established by Article 7 of Regulation (EC) No 223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council Regulation (EC) No 223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 2009 on European statistics and repealing Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 1101/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the transmission of data subject to statistical confidentiality to the Statistical Office of the European Communities, Council Regulation (EC) No 322/97 on Community Statistics, and Council Decision 89/382/EEC, Euratom establishing a Committee on the Statistical Programmes of the European Communities (OJ L 87, 31.3.2009, p. 164). , HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:

Article 1

The technical items of the data set for the 2026 ad hoc subject on Digital platform employment in the labour force domain shall be as set out in the Annex.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
