Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2025/126 of 24 January 2025 Correcting Implementing Decision (EU) 2024/2767 as regards the determination of reference values for certain producers and importers for the period from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2026 (notified under document C(2025) 390) (Only the Estonian, Italian and Polish texts are authentic) (Text with EEA relevance) THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION, Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, Having regard to Regulation (EU) 2024/573 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 February 2024 on fluorinated greenhouse gases, amending Directive (EU) 2019/1937 and repealing Regulation (EU) No 517/2014 OJ L, 2024/573, 20.2.2024, ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/reg/2024/573/oj. , and in particular Article 17(1) thereof, Whereas: (1) Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2024/2767 Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2024/2767 of 30 October 2024 determining, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2024/573 of the European Parliament and of the Council, reference values for the period from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2026 for each producer or importer which has lawfully placed hydrofluorocarbons on the Union market from 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2023 (OJ L, 2024/2767, 15.11.2024, ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/dec_impl/2024/2767/oj). determines reference values for the period from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2026 for each producer or importer that has lawfully placed on the market hydrofluorocarbons for the relevant reference period, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2024/573. (2) It is necessary to correct Implementing Decision (EU) 2024/2767 in order to rectify errors with respect to a few importers and producers. Firstly, the address of two undertakings should be corrected. Secondly, two undertakings should not have received a reference value since they did not have a valid registration in the F-gas Portal at the time of the adoption of that Implementing Decision; thus they should be removed from the Implementing Decision. Thirdly, two undertakings that received individual reference values merged into one single undertaking prior to the adoption of that Implementing Decision; thus only that single undertaking should remain in the Implementing Decision and their reference value should be adapted pursuant to Article 17(2) of Regulation (EU) 2024/573. Finally, one undertaking should have received a reference value and should thus be added in the Implementing Decision. (3) Implementing Decision (EU) 2024/2767 applies from 1 January 2025. The corrections introduced with this Decision should therefore apply from the same date. (4) The measures provided for in this Decision are in accordance with the opinion of committee on fluorinated greenhouse gases established by Article 34 of Regulation (EU) 2024/573, HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:
