Council Decision (CFSP) 2025/335 of 18 February 2025 amending Decision 2011/101/CFSP concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Zimbabwe THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION, Having regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof, Having regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Whereas: (1) On 15 February 2011, the Council adopted Decision 2011/101/CFSP Council Decision 2011/101/CFSP of 15 February 2011 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Zimbabwe (OJ L 42, 16.2.2011, p. 6, ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/dec/2011/101(1)/oj). , which concerns restrictive measures in view of the situation in Zimbabwe. (2) On the basis of a review of Decision 2011/101/CFSP, the restrictive measures set out therein should be renewed until 20 February 2026. The Council should continue to monitor the political and security situation in Zimbabwe and keep those measures under constant review in light of developments. (3) The Council considers that the remaining entity should be deleted from the list of persons and entities subject to restrictive measures set out in Annex I to Decision 2011/101/CFSP, leaving no person or entity subject to restrictive measures. (4) Decision 2011/101/CFSP should therefore be amended accordingly, HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:

Article 1

Decision 2011/101/CFSP is amended as follows: (1) in Article 10, paragraph 2 is replaced by the following: 2. This Decision shall apply until 20 February 2026. ; (2) Annex I is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Decision.

Article 2
