Council Decision (EU) 2025/938 of 13 May 2025 appointing a member of the Court of Auditors THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION, Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, and in particular Article 286(2) thereof, Having regard to the proposal from Romania, Having regard to the opinion of the European Parliament Opinion of 1 April 2025 (not yet published in the Official Journal). , Whereas: (1) The term of office of Mr Viorel ȘTEFAN is due to expire on 30 June 2025. (2) A member should therefore be appointed to the Court of Auditors, HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:

Article 1

Mr Lucian ROMAȘCANU is hereby appointed as a member of the Court of Auditors for the period from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2031.

Article 2
