Council Decision (CFSP) 2025/1158 of 5 June 2025 amending Decision (CFSP) 2024/1472 on a European Union Diplomatic Academy THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION, Having regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 28(1) thereof, Having regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Whereas: (1) On 21 May 2024, the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2024/1472 Council Decision (CFSP) 2024/1472 of 21 May 2024 on a European Union Diplomatic Academy, (OJ L, 2024/1472, 22.5.2024, ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/dec/2024/1472/oj). . (2) A new financial reference amount for the period from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026 should be established. (3) Decision (CFSP) 2024/1472 should therefore be amended accordingly, HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:

Article 1

In Decision (CFSP) 2024/1472, Article 11(1) is replaced by the following:

1. The financial reference amount intended to cover the expenditure of the training programme during the period from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026 shall be EUR 1702807,39..

Article 2
