Council Decision (CFSP) 2025/1555 of 25 July 2025 amending Decision (CFSP) 2021/1277 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Lebanon THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION, Having regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof, Having regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Whereas: (1) On 30 July 2021, the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2021/1277 Council Decision (CFSP) 2021/1277 of 30 July 2021 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Lebanon (OJ L 277 I, 2.8.2021, p. 16, ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/dec/2021/1277/oj). , which concerns restrictive measures in view of the situation in Lebanon. (2) Decision (CFSP) 2021/1277 applies until 31 July 2025. On the basis of a review of that Decision, the restrictive measures set out therein should be renewed until 31 July 2026. (3) Decision (CFSP) 2021/1277 should therefore be amended accordingly, HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:

Article 1

In Article 9, first paragraph, of Decision (CFSP) 2021/1277, the date 31 July 2025 is replaced by that of 31 July 2026.

Article 2
