Commission Decision (EU) 2025/1815 of 12 September 2025 on the appointment of the members and Chair of the Performance Review Board of the Single European Sky THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION, Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, Having regard to Regulation (EU) 2024/2803 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2024 on the implementation of the Single European Sky OJ L, 2024/2803, 11.11.2024, ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/reg/2024/2803/oj. and in particular Article 14 thereof, Having regard to Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2025/635 of 31 March 2025 laying down rules for the application of Regulation (EU) 2024/2803 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the Performance Review Board of the Single European Sky OJ L, 2025/635, 2.4.2025, ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/dec_impl/2025/635/oj. and in particular Article 1(1) and (4) thereof, Whereas: (1) Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2024/2803 has established an independent and impartial advisory Performance Review Board (PRB). Its role is to assist the Commission with implementation of the performance and charging schemes as well as to issue guidance material to support national supervisory authorities, and, upon request, assist those authorities for the implementation of these schemes. (2) Pursuant to Article 14 of Regulation (EU) 2024/2803, the PRB consists of seven members, including its Chair, appointed in their personal capacity for a non-renewable period of 5 years. (3) The Commission published a call for expression of interest for the selection of members of the PRB on 24 April 2025 https://eu-single-sky.transport.ec.europa.eu/document/download/90bddb69-387c-4c49-b3fc-c60a2ff258ae_en?filename=Call_for_applications_PRB_2025.pdf. . (4) The selection procedure considered the requirements of balanced representation of competence and expertise for all key performance areas, as well as of gender and geographical origin. (5) The Member States were consulted on 7 July 2025 on the list of candidates. (6) It is therefore appropriate to appoint seven members of the PRB including its Chair as well as to establish a reserve list. HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:

Article 1

The following persons are appointed as members of the Performance Review Board of the Single European Sky in accordance with Article 1(1) of Implementing Decision (EU) 2025/635 for a period of 5 years: Mr Koen Milis, as Chair Mr Maurizio Castelletti Ms Ana Gómez-Pineda Luna Ms Catherine Mary Mannion Mr Juan José Montero-Pascual Mr Patrick Souchu Mr Joseph Sultana

The following reserve list is established, in accordance with Article 1(4) of Implementing Decision (EU) 2025/635: Ms Estelle Malavolti

Article 3
