Council Decision (CFSP) 2025/2373 of 20 November 2025 amending Decision (CFSP) 2024/3116 on the European Security and Defence College THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION, Having regard to the Treaty on European Union and in particular Article 28(1) and Article 42(4) thereof, Having regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Whereas: (1) On 9 December 2024, the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2024/3116 Council Decision (CFSP) 2024/3116 of 9 December 2024 on the European Security and Defence College and repealing Decision (CFSP) 2020/1515 (OJ L, 2024/3116, 10.12.2024, ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/dec/2024/3116/oj). . (2) In accordance with Decision (CFSP) 2024/3116, the Head of the European Security and Defence College (ESDC) submitted to its Steering Committee an estimate of revenue and expenditure for the ESDC for the financial year 2026. (3) On 10 July 2025, the Steering Committee approved the estimate of revenue and expenditure for the ESDC for the financial year 2026, which was subsequently transmitted to the European Commission by the Head of the ESDC. (4) A new financial reference amount, intended to cover the expenditure of the ESDC for the period from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026, should be established. (5) Decision (CFSP) 2024/3116 should therefore be amended accordingly, HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:

Article 1

In Article 16(1) of Decision (CFSP) 2024/3116, the following subparagraph is added: The financial reference amount intended to cover the expenditure of the ESDC during the period from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026 shall be EUR 3309800,02..

Article 2
