Council Decision (CFSP) 2025/2395 of 24 November 2025 amending Decision (CFSP) 2019/1894 concerning restrictive measures in view of Türkiye’s unauthorised drilling activities in the Eastern Mediterranean THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION, Having regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof, Having regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Whereas: (1) On 11 November 2019, the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2019/1894 Council Decision (CFSP) 2019/1894 of 11 November 2019 concerning restrictive measures in view of Türkiye’s unauthorised drilling activities in the Eastern Mediterranean (OJ L 291, 12.11.2019, p. 47, ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/dec/2019/1894/oj). . (2) The Council has reviewed the restrictive measures set out in Decision (CFSP) 2019/1894. On the basis of that review, those measures should be extended until 30 November 2026, with an empty list. (3) Decision (CFSP) 2019/1894 should be amended accordingly, HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:

Article 1

Decision (CFSP) 2019/1894 is amended as follows: (1) in Article 8, the date 30 November 2025 is replaced by that of 30 November 2026; (2) the Annex is replaced by the text set out in the Annex to this Decision.

Article 2
