Article 1

Article 6 of Decision No 3-52 shall be supplemented by a third paragraph worded as follows:

"At the request of the undertaking concerned the High Authority may, in cases where it considers this to be justified, remit in whole or in part the surcharges for delay in payment provided for in the preceding paragraphs."

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force in the Community on 1 December 1955.

This Decision was considered and adopted by the High Authority at its meeting on 3 November 1955.
